Join the inaugural meeting of the Local Advisory Committee on Special Education (LAC) at the International Charter School - Nuestro Mundo. This committee, comprising parents, guardians, and school staff, will focus on the educational needs of students with disabilities, offering advice on school improvement plans and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The LAC aims to serve as a strong advocacy group to support the entitlements of students with disabilities under state and federal laws.
